Terms of Service

Effective date: January 15, 2025

This document governs your use of the Loanmio platform for internal logistics MES systems and heavy fleet management. By accessing the platform, you agree to the terms below.

Platform Access and Use

Loanmio provides enterprise software for route optimization, load balancing, and manufacturing execution orchestration. Access is granted under a subscription agreement.

You must maintain accurate account information and secure login credentials.
Use of the platform is limited to internal logistics operations within your facilities.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the software without written consent.

Data Handling and Privacy

All operational data transmitted through the platform is encrypted in transit and at rest. Loanmio does not share your logistics data with third parties.

Sensor data, route logs, and fleet telemetry are stored securely for up to 12 months.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or generate.
Loanmio may use anonymized aggregate data for product improvement.

Service Level and Liability

Loanmio targets 99.9% uptime for the core routing engine and dashboard. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from route decisions made using the platform.
Critical bug fixes are deployed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Support requests are answered within 4 business hours during working days.

Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Loanmio may suspend access for breach of security or payment terms.

Upon termination, your data is exported within 10 business days.
Loanmio retains no copies after the export window closes.
Fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. Registered users receive email notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Material changes are highlighted in the notification email.
You may reject changes by terminating the agreement before the effective date.
